Product Use Statement        

 

Motocross Metrics device is intended for testing and data acquisition purposes only. Limited riding time of use is advised. 

 

Ideally, the user has 'warmed up' to riding conditions. The device is then attached, for a limited timeframe, to record a video data sample to represent the average riding session as a whole. 

Video recording is then reviewed to make any appropriate changes to the machine or to confirm current settings are optimum for the riding conditions.

Product Liability Statement   

 

1    User acknowledges inherent risks of motorcycle riding, including damage or harm to person(s), equipment, and/or machine. 

2    User assumes all risks of the aforementioned activity. 

3    Purchase and/or use of the product constitutes this understanding and identifies Motocross Metrics against all damages arising from this activity.
