Product Use Statement        

 

Motocross Metrics device is intended for testing purposes only.

 

Ideally, the user has 'warmed up' to riding conditions. The camera is then attached, for a limited timeframe, to record a video data sample to represent the average riding session as a whole.

Video recording is then reviewed to make any appropriate changes to the machine or to confirm current settings are optimum for the riding conditions.

Product Liability Statement   

 

1    User acknowledges inherent risks of motorcycle riding, including damage or harm to person(s), equipment, and/or machine. 

2    User assumes all risks of the aforementioned activity. 

3    Purchase and/or use of the product constitutes this understanding and indemnifies  Motocross Metrics against all damages arising from this activity.
