Shipping Policy Statement
Enjoy free ground shipping for all orders within the USA!
We process orders within one business day and ship them locally for the speediest delivery. Please note that express or overnight shipping options may take longer if ordered on a Friday, as we do not process orders over the weekend. We aim to deliver all orders within 2-4 business days.
Please ensure you provide a reliable delivery address as Motocross Metrics is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Ground parcel deliveries will be shipped using USPS, and shipping details will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.
Returns Policy Statement
Motocross Metrics will only accept returns for the following reasons:
1. Incorrect product fulfillment, meaning the item received is not what was ordered
2. Damage to product from shipping.
3. Manufacturing error, Product does not fit the motorcycle
(For instances 1 or 2, The device will not be applicable for Return if there are signs of installation)
